Weekend and Holiday

Base rate includes up to 20 guests                $500.00           per night
each additional guest over 20                            $20.00           per night

Weekday and Off Season
Weekday rates effective Sunday night through Thursday night,
except designated holiday period. All dates in the "Off Season" are at the Weekday Rate.

Base rate includes up to 6 guests                  $180.00            per night
each additional guest over 6                              $15.00            per night

Plus
Michigan sales tax 6% and Room tax 2%

Church or other groups with tax exempt status are not required to pay sales tax, but must pay room tax.

Terms
A deposit equaling 25% of the base rate is required to hold a reservation.  An additional deposit of 25% of the base rate is required a minimum of one month prior to the reservation date.

No refunds of deposits are made unless another group takes the date, or if none of the hills are operating their ski lifts a refund will be made.

Each group is required to provide a security agreement based on a valid credit card.  If no agreement is provided prior to check-in, a $400 cash deposit will be required.
